Cranberry Sauce Meatballs

Cranberry sauce meatballs are one of my favorite things to make around the holidays. Just throw everything in the crock pot and you are good to go! We usually do a lot of different appetizers on New Year’s Eve and these are definitely on the menu. I love that I can prepare them ahead of time before I make the more time-sensitive apps.

I got the recipe from my sister-in-law, Becky, so here’s a thank you shout-out to her!

Cranberry Sauce Meatballs

  • 26 oz. bag frozen beef meatballs

  • 14 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce

  • 12 oz. bottle chili sauce

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Place frozen meatballs in a qt. slow cooker. Whisk the remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl and pour over meatballs. Stir well. Cook on low heat for 4 hours or high heat for 2 hours. Stir well and serve.

I like to use my own chili sauce, which is a sweet chili sauce so sometimes I cut back on the brown sugar a little bit. You can get my chili sauce recipe HERE.
