Cranberry Sauce Meatballs
/Cranberry sauce meatballs are one of my favorite things to make around the holidays. Just throw everything in the crock pot and you are good to go! We usually do a lot of different appetizers on New Year’s Eve and these are definitely on the menu. I love that I can prepare them ahead of time before I make the more time-sensitive apps.
I got the recipe from my sister-in-law, Becky, so here’s a thank you shout-out to her!
Cranberry Sauce Meatballs
26 oz. bag frozen beef meatballs
14 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
12 oz. bottle chili sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
Place frozen meatballs in a qt. slow cooker. Whisk the remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl and pour over meatballs. Stir well. Cook on low heat for 4 hours or high heat for 2 hours. Stir well and serve.
I like to use my own chili sauce, which is a sweet chili sauce so sometimes I cut back on the brown sugar a little bit. You can get my chili sauce recipe HERE.
If you want to pin it for later…
Here is a little video of the process too!
